News Authors Come to St. Benedict’s.

During the month of November we are lucky enough to have two authors visiting the school.

On 18th November, Luke Temple is running creative writing workshops working with all year 7 pupils. He is a young author who tours schools talking about his novel ‘Stormy Cliff’ and inspiring young people to write with imagination.

Year 8 pupils from Alcester High School are joining us on the 20th November for a two hour workshop with Chris Ryan.  Chris is a ex SAS soldier who now writes for a living.  Pupils will be familiar with his Alpha Force series of books about five children who are given assignments to solve.  The stories are action packed adventures and Chris will be talking about how he started writing and how he develops his ideas.

Both authors will be bringing copies of their books for pupils to purchase and signing them if required.
